Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Each piece of Simpli Stamped jewelry is handcrafted in my Connecticut studio. Orders are made and shipped within 2 business days.
Shipping Method & Rates
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout so you can choose the option that works best for you.
Delivery Times
- U.S. Orders: Most standard shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs. Most international orders arrive within 2–4 weeks.
International Customs, Taxes & Fees
If you are outside the U.S., you may be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your local customs office or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.
Simpli Stamped is not responsible for these fees or for packages held in customs because fees were not paid. If your package is not picked up within a reasonable time and is returned to me, personalized items will not be refunded. If you’d like the package shipped back out to you, you will need to cover the new shipping costs.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it along the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves my studio, USPS is responsible for delivery. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out and I’ll do what I can to help.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I can’t be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
14-Day Returns
If you’re not fully satisfied with your Simpli Stamped jewelry, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and packaged securely for the return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Before sending anything back, please email me to notify me of your return and receive instructions.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Personalized or custom pieces are non-refundable. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping charges).
