Shipping & Returns

Simpli Stamped offers free shipping within the Continental U.S. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping, multiple shipping destinations and international shipping.
All packages are shipped with USPS. Additional shipping options that can be purchased are:
- USPS Priority
- USPS Priority Express
If you are in outside the US, you may be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your customs office or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. Simpli Stamped is not responsible for these fees or if your package gets held in customs because you haven't paid your fees. If your package is in customs and not picked up by you within a reasonable amount of time, it will ship it back and you will not receive a refund if your item was personalized. If you would then like your package shipped back out to you, you will need to pay for shipping again.
International shipping options that can be purchased are:
- USPS First Class International
- USPS Priority International
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt.
The following items are NOT eligible for returns:
- Clearance items
- Personalized or customized jewelry
- Gift cards
- Items not received within 14 days of the return request
Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of your delivery confirmation date and must be received back within 14 days of the request.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for return package transit
- A tracking number must be sent to Simpli Stamped upon shipping
- Returns/Exchanges must be in the same condition in which you received them.
Items that do not follow the above guidelines can be returned to you at your expense.
